Ben has stayed with United because of the flexibility with school and the people. Ben enjoys interacting with the people at the store, both employees and guests. He calls United a family-based company, and it is, in fact, the place where he started his own family; Ben met his new wife while they were both working at United. United has taught Ben a lot about managing his time and finances. He wants to stay with and advance in the company.
