Prisca is a senior at Texas Tech University who started working for United to earn some extra spending money. Her job is really about making relationships, and she has had many life experiences at United that have taught her many things. She said she can take these lessons anywhere. She has learned to be a better people person, to be compassionate and to see things through other people’s eyes.
