The website is a unique tool that will allow you to maneuver investments with just a click of a button. Other neat aspects of the ING website include immediate and up-to-date account information, contribution changes, and plan information to name a few. Logging on is easy. For new accounts please click on "Not Registered Yet?". You will need to setup a username and password. The PIN# you will need to setup is the month and year of your birthday. For example, if you were born January 5, 1975, your PIN# is 0175. The number is 1-800-584-6001. ING Enrollment FormClick here to enroll in the 401(k) plan. The Enrollment Form will allow you to select your contribution amount and investment choice. Enrollment is in January and July with a deadline of the 15th of the month prior to the start date. For example, January 1 enrollment deadline is December 15th. 401(k) Beneficiary FormAs a participant in the 401(k) Plan, you must have a beneficiary designation in the event that anything should happen to you. A participant who does not make a beneficiary designation and is eligible to receive a benefit will have their account sent to their estate upon their death.
