Holidays (Full-Time)The purpose of holiday pay is to compensate our full-time team members when business is closed to honor specific days of the year. Our stores are closed on Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. The Store Support Center is closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Full-time team members will receive eight hours pay at their regular wage rate for the holidays recognized above. To be eligible, you must be actively employed and must either work your regularly scheduled shifts immediately prior to and immediately after the recognized holiday or have received approval from management to use personal or vacation time. If you are on a leave of absence during the pay period that includes the holiday, including medical leave and worker's compensation, you are not eligible for holiday pay.
