United Supermarkets
The first store opened in Plainview in June 2000 as Supermercado and became Amigos United in October 2007.
The store features many departments and services which have long characterized the United brand – fresh produce, superior quality meats, hot and cold deli, bakery and pharmacy. Those traditional services are enhanced by an extensive selection of international foods and specialty items such as fresh-made tortillas, bolillo rolls (Mexican pastries), tropical fruit frescas, unique produce from around the world and a full-service “carneceria” featuring fresh fajitas, carnitas, barbacoa, carne guisada, posole and chorizo.
